We consider Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) as key enablers in automating and controlling processes within the service sector. Some technical articles will focus on implementation strategies leveraging BPMS technology while other articles will range down to detailed implementation steps for implementing functionality that may not be easily supported by the BPMS vendors in a typical configuration.
